Alex is a father of four children and for many years, he has been involved in promoting the rights of his son. His knowledge of advocacy, legal and persuasive techniques were honed through his experiences in encouraging the education system to include all children. He has a particular interest in developing individualised self-managed approaches. An innovative support arrangement has given his son a meaningful and enriched life.
