Lou is a parent to two children with disability. Lou realised early on that the education system in Australia required reform so as to provide access to learning for students with disability. This initial awareness has evolved to a broader position of each person's human right to inclusion across all settings and encompassing diversity in society. Lou's tenacious drive for social justice began with the formation of a parent advocacy group and has developed to broad relationships with stakeholders in the legal, academic, education and media networks. Lou currently produces a podcast that is used to advocate for inclusion as well as providing support and awareness for all.
