Competencies for people who provide support to individuals with disabilities

Written Material

In this article Pancsofar lists a number of competencies common throughout his work of the last 20 years. He intends the reader to use it as a guide to personalise one of his/her own. Pancsofar keeps a notebook in which the competencies are listed (the first competency being "Represent a dream and vision of a person on paper and in a way that others understand what is important to that individual in life"). He gives an example of how he uses this notebook, dividing each competency into four component parts, and adding to the notes as he learns more about the individual with a disabilities and ways to support that person.
