Head Start is a pre-school program in Washington which is part of a larger service called NORWESCAP. The author writes that it must be an imperative that teachers and other professionals must work towards the inclusion of children in regular schools; “The time for working together is now and we are witnesses that true collaboration can be achieved and inclusion is the plan for the future”.
