Community management: A working model
This paper examines the correct practices of community management – it acknowledges some of the criticisms of community management but also recognises from first hand experience where it has worked. The authors argue that community management is in itself a social issue and, form that premise, they offer a developmental model of community management and identify the criteria they would use to evaluate its implementation.
