Anatomy of Commitment: An In Vivo Study
This is a self-evaluation of a small, innovative supported living agency which is successfully meeting the individual needs of people with developmental disability while retaining committed staff. Key factors are shown to be shared values, good leadership and positive staff values and behaviours.
