DRAFT – NOT TO BE REPRODUCED OR QUOTED Ethnic people who have disabilities are increasingly recognised as being doubly handicapped through, for example, labelling and having less access to appropriate and meaningful information. This paper reviews developments in the are of ethnicity and disability and makes some recommendations in an endeavour to work towards effective solutions.
