Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
- Entry is open to families residing in New South Wales (NSW) who register to attend the Strength in Community: Family Gathering event held on 30–31 May 2025 in Wollongong.

How to Enter

- Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the draw once they have completed and paid for their event registration without sponsorship or financial support.
- Only one entry per family/group registration is permitted, and if they win, up to two event tickets will be reimbursed.
- Entries must be received by 11:59pm AEST on 15 May 2025 to be valid.

The Prize
One winner will receive:

- Reimbursement of up to two (2) event tickets totaling no more than $250
- Paid accommodation in Wollongong for up-to two nights (30–31 May 2025)
- Dinner for two (2) at the official Gathering Dinner on Friday 30 May 2025

Prize Conditions

- Accommodation will be arranged and paid for directly by the organisers or reimbursed upon presentation of receipts, subject to approval.
- Dinner tickets for the Friday night as part of the event schedule will be provided as part of the prize.
- Any additional costs (e.g. travel, meals outside of dinner, incidentals) are the responsibility of the winner.
- The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Draw and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place on 16 May 2025.
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within two business days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within five (5) business days, a redraw will be conducted.

Privacy
By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of conducting the draw and delivering the prize. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
General

The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the draw at any time, subject to applicable laws.
By entering the draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
