Public Trustee and the management of funds

In South Australia, a Public Trustee may be appointed as an administrator or manager of the financial affairs of a person found incapable of managing their own affairs. Other States and Territories have a similar arrangement in place. This paper describes the Public Trustee Office of South Australia and how it works.
