This article is based on a workshop presentation. Angie Ash describes a pilot school holiday recreation program in Methyr, Wales, which included a small number of children with severe intellectual disabilities. Included are the lessons learned from the pilot program, together with workshop discussion. The success of this pilot and a pilot project for teenagers led to the full inclusion of all children and young people into local services. Keyword: Child Care
