Over the past ten years, the Winooski school district has worked towards inclusive education for all children in their community. This article outlines key steps undertaken, including redefinition of roles and teacher collaboration. The Winooski district's experience is particularly interesting because of the way that students have been involved in the collaborative process in a variety of ways.
