Linda is a young woman with autism whose challenging behaviour was increasingly distancing people from her. With the involvement of Linda's parents, key allies and Linda herself, a Personal Futures Planning meeting was held, with the idea of providing Linda the opportunity to take some control over her life. Supported by the 'Your Move' project, Linda is now living in her own home and enjoying the life of a typical 25 yr old. Given the opportunity to "be her own person", Linda's challenging behaviours have receded. Keywords: Accommodation, Individualisation
