Bob draws on his many years of experience to discuss the impact of the interplay between "the community" and those who are closely involved in the lives of people with disability. He explores the possible consequences of people with disability being characterised as burdens by those closest to them and what might need to be done to ensure that people with disability are welcome in their own communities.
