We are hosting a FREE online Inclusive Education forum on February 16, 12.30 – 1.15pm. We want to show decision makers, including representatives from the major parties, that people with disability and families in NSW want an inclusive education for ALL students.
JOIN US by registering here and help us make it happen!
This important Forum is part of Family Advocacy's Same Classroom, Same Opportunity - Securing Better Futures through an Inclusive Education 2023 Election campaign. The campaign aims to ensure ALL students in NSW, no matter their circumstance, are welcomed and supported in the general classroom of their local school, all day, every day.
We’ll be sharing real stories and the latest insights on inclusive education as a path to employment. You’ll be able to meet the people working towards social change for a better future too.
Confirmed speakers:
Julie Charlton, youth and disability advocate, and elite para athlete
Jacob Bush, employee, surfer, dancer, volunteer and advocate
Annette Bush, parent and advocate
Abigail Boyd, Greens NSW MP and spokesperson for disability
Please feel free to also invite your Member of Parliament so we can make change happen.
We look forward to seeing you on February 16!
